This screen is used to add codes and descriptions detailing how competencies are attained by the employee.

Rules and Guidelines

  • How Attained Code requires 2 characters or less

  • How Attained Code appears in the People Competencies section within the Talent module.

Field Information

ClosedCode

This field displays a 2-character code that represents how the competencies were attained (e.g. Training Course, Externally Attained, Internally Attained, Self Training etc.).

ClosedDescription

This field displays a description of how the employee attained the competency.
